The Inspired Project Teams podcasts are designed to share enduring wisdom and to pose specific Challenges that can help project managers and team leaders to get the best from their project teams. In this episode, we examine a few key concepts from David Emerald's amazing book, The Power of TED. In this book Emerald compares two very different ways of being: The Dreaded Drama Triangle (or DDT) versus The Empowerment Dynamic (or TED). The audio examinies how both of Emerald's frameworks can be used to help project teams analyze, then transcend, some typical negative patterns of behavior. Then we provide suggested Challenges to help project managers and project team members apply the concepts to improve the relationships on their teams.
