Originally, when this audio study was first released in December 2011, we considered it sufficiently conclusive. Â
However, there was a very key clause missing from this original version: " Proper Bond." Since this was already released and on the market at the time of "discovery" , it was judged best not to tamper with it. Instead, we produced an immensely edited and revised edition of this personal message under the same title, but using"Revised" for the sub-title as opposed to the original "State-of-the-Trades."
Hence, "Your Contract for Home Services - Revised." The revised edition is offered for a bit more because of the additional expenses entailed in perfecting it for not only incorporating a most critical ingredient of an effective contract: "Proper Bond" clause, but also for reason of increased time factors offering a crucially money/home-saving description of what related bonds actually entail, and of why they are necessary.
