Coming in May 2008. Go beyond the book “The Mindful Brain.”  This is not a reading of the book—rather, this program complements the book by diving deeply into related issues of how mindfulness can be seen as a way of becoming your own best friend. This perspective is designed for all levels of listeners and takes us deeply into both experiential exercises and the science, bringing us to how mindful awareness and the way we focus our attention--how we reflect and attune to ourselves—promotes well-being in our lives.
