It is passive, effortless, effective and simple practice of Shanti Meditation. It helps YOU awaken to inner peace and energy.
All audio files are live recordings that benefitted people from all walks of life i.e. diplomats, military at high altitude in Himalayas, students, teachers, engineers, technocrats, doctors and women. We have kept the originality and did not polish these audio files. However, for the sake of disclaimer, we have eliminated the experiences shared by people.

How to start and where to start: Read all the titles of the series here and choose the one that is very close to YOU. Start the practice from guided practices in it. If there are 2 practices, it means YOU need to repeat minimum 7-times each-total 14 times. These 14 repetitions in a day or two is Intensive, 2 times a day is deep and 1 time a day means, regular program. Choose the one that fits your schedule, time and need in life.

We unfold rationally and logically about variety of experiences that YOU have during the practice and progress of meditation. For example, seeing a vision of any image of god is understood in terms of mind going deeper and opening the formative capacity that may help us for awakening to higher consciousness.
That is why every series has 10 phases of practices.


What is Shanti Meditation?
1. It is 6000 years old tradition started by master, Kapila, Yajnavalkya, Bhardwaj, Dattatreya, Shiva, Krishna and many other great masters.
2. After teaching and training thousands of people for over 35 years, we designed, customized and delivered the program in five series.
3. We have included active, passive dynamic meditation practices in the series that is suitable to all. however it is a journey where you will discover which practice is best suitable to you.

How to practice:
1. Listen to the audio file. Every audio file explains mindfulness with reference to your aspiration, challenges, problems and opportunity in life.
2. The guided practice helps you to gather the scattered mind and allow you to go deeply within.
3. You have awakening to new subjective experiences, don’t get carried away by them. Let them come and go.

Practice:
1. Every practice in the series consists of 5 -10 or more steps to help you experience the deeper state of mindfulness.
2. Every step is accepted or rejected by your mind in the beginning, but as experience grows, you discover the meaning and essence of every step as it starts happening to you naturally.
