Laurence Freeman Audio
Laurence Freeman was born in London in 1951. He was taught meditation by John Main and helped found the first Christian Meditation Center. After John Main's death he became his successor in the community. Laurence Freeman is a Benedictine monk of the Olivetan congregation and spiritual guide and director of The World Community for Christian Meditation. He is the author of several books including: Jesus: The Teacher Within, A Simple Way, Web of Silence and Light Within.
